Our office hours are:
- Monday - Friday: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM
- Saturday - Sunday: 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Gate access hours are 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, 7 days a week.
Do you offer climate-controlled units?
Our facility is a one-story complex with all ground-floor units. While we don't offer traditional climate-controlled units, our building provides naturally cooler temperatures than outdoor units, and all indoor units benefit from the insulation of the building structure.
What security features do you have?
We take security very seriously with multiple layers of protection:
- 24-hour video surveillance with over 50 security cameras
- Electric entry gates with individual PIN codes
- Walled-in complex with iron gates
- Resident manager lives on property
- Each unit has its own roll-up door with your personal padlock
- Interior hallway units have double security - building door locked with key from manager's office plus your padlock
Do I need to provide my own lock?
We provide a free lock with each rental! This is one of our special offers - no need to purchase a lock separately, and there are no hidden setup fees.
Do you offer military discounts?
Yes! We proudly support our military members. We offer special military discounts for active duty and veterans. Please call us at or visit our office to learn about our current military promotions.
What size unit do I need?
We offer a variety of sizes to meet your needs:
- 5' x 5' - Garden tools, seasonal items, office supplies
- 5' x 10' - Contents of a bedroom or office
- 10' x 10' - Large items like TVs, pianos, couches
- 10' x 20' - Full garage, can hold an entire house worth of items
- Vehicle Storage - RVs, boats, trucks, and autos

Can I store my RV or boat?
Absolutely! We offer both covered and uncovered vehicle storage options for:
- RVs and motorhomes
- Boats and trailers
- Trucks and commercial vehicles
- Autos and motorcycles
All vehicle storage is inside our compound with 24-hour recorded video surveillance.
How do I pay my bill?
We offer multiple convenient payment options:

Do I need insurance?
While our facility is highly secure, we recommend that all tenants have insurance coverage for their stored belongings. Check with your homeowner's or renter's insurance policy as many plans cover items in storage. We can also provide information about affordable storage insurance options.
What items cannot be stored?
For safety and legal reasons, the following items are prohibited:
- Hazardous or flammable materials
- Perishable foods
- Live animals or plants
- Firearms or explosives (unless properly permitted and declared)
- Stolen or illegal goods
